I have literally been on hold trying to get a tech person for OVER 6 HOURS. I gave you a passed during the storm but this is ridiculous. I have been trying to resolve an issue since last Friday, 9-11-20 and was told it would be taken care of in 24 hours. When I reached someone this morning she told me the group that it was expedited to doesn't work on the weekends. So I was LIED to. That rep put me on hold without a word and then I got disconnected. She confirmed my phone number but NEVER CALLED BACK. I have been sitting on hold for more than 6 hours now - that's not "unusual call volume", this is devoid of respect or consideration for your customers. I am reporting to the FCC. Even your chat function is manned by bots and no people. Now I have NO INTERNET

The all time worst. THREE appointments and not once did they get it right. Never a credit for poor service, wasted work time.
