    I used be a loyal fingerhut customer until I had to deal with account fraud and a awful outsourced billing dept. I had my account hacked in Feb and here it is Sept and I am still getting harrassing phone calls from the billing dept to pay for a iPad I did not purchase. I get about 6 calls a day. I sent 2 affidavids to clear this issue and I got no response. I had to call the main Head office to actually talk to some one in the fraud dept. Customer service gave me the run around for 7 months. Now I have a delinquent charge on my credit because of this. I will no longer be a customer of fingerhut or any of there sister companies. I'm only giving two stars because before this I never had a issue. This has left a horrible taste in my mouth.

    Finger hut pulled my credit 5 times and opened an account under my name without permission! I closed the account and my credit score went down in addition to a hard pull.

    THEY ALLOWED SOMEONE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN MY NAME WITHOUT VERIFYING THEY WERE ACTUALLY THAT PERSON.I HAVE TRIED TO DISPUTE THESE CHARGES FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO THEIR FRAUD DEPARTMENT. I RECENTLY PULLED MY CREDIT REPORT AGAIN AND IT SAYS THAT THIS DEBT IS NOW A "CHARGE-OFF" WITH A $0 BALANCE. I CALLED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR ABOUT IT AND THEY JUST TOLD ME THEY SOLD MY ACCOUNT AND CANT HELP ME AND THE SUPERVISORS WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME EITHER. I ASKED FOR THEIR CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER, THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE ALL THEY CAN GIVE ME IS AN ADDRESS. THIS COMPANY IS NOT EVEN WILLING TO INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER AT ALL. THEY CAN NOT PROVE THIS DEBT IS MINE BUT I CAN PROVE ITS NOT!!!I WAS SO EXTREMELY VIOLATED BY THIS COMPANY I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AND I WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

    I'm advising to everybody: Don't buy anything from fingerhut! If you get a catalog from them, throw it the trash! It's not worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I made a purchase of a swimming pool...999.99 plus 135.00 shipping. All was going well. Then the local YRC freight delivery called to set up arrangements for delivery. That is when I was told that I needed to provide people to help unload it or I would have to come pick it up. I am on disability, my husband is on disability, we have no one to help unload this. Your website and catalog state " This item is delivered to th curb. The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time." No where does it state, I am responsible to provide help to unload. I have spent over 2 hours with Fingerhut customer service, still no resolution. I told the customer service supervisor I wanted to talk to someone higher then her, that is when I was told they were all in a meeting and she would give them my name to call back within 24-48 hours. Seriously???? At this time, I guess I have to cancel the entire order. I expect all my money to be returned as well. I WAS a loyal Fingerhut customer, but no longer. Not only is this the worst customer service I have ever experienced, but I am just so totally frustrated and disappointed. I needed that pool for therapy.

    i am not pleased with the service, i ordered a bbq grill and never recieved it and when i started a claim with them and fed ex they told me they were going to investigate. i am still responsible to pay. this is a night mare and i think it should be against the law

    Started this site because of my credit advisor. I had nothing but wrong orders. Which caused my gift late for Christmas, and as for payments screwed over cash monthly because they rack up late fees on my card that "declined" and failed to inform me. My card doesn't decline for anyone else. I got frustrated and paid in full so I can NEVER USE THIS SCAM SITE AGAIN!!!!!

    I'm a customer at the burger king on charleston and Decatur in las Vegas nv, since I'm there after Dinner time I have noticedAn individual that hangs Out outside by the bushes, when a girl gets out of A car they both come in to the lobby, after a while She leaves in another car and the guy in the bushes Is constantly looking around and going in and out of The bathrooms, yes I have seen him go into the Womens bathroom also. There is something wrong In this picture but I'm an older woman and unable To confront this man about his business. Please Have someone look into this matter, the reputation Of this restaurant is at play here. Sincerely a concerned Customer

    I bought a pair of New Balance shoes in September but did not start wearing them until November 1st they are already falling apart. I have owned several pairs of New Balance shoes and they have always held up as a matter of fact I still have a pair that I bought two years ago that I still wear. When I called costumer service they said they could do nothing for me I am very disappointed in fingerhut not standing by there product.
