Fran's Chocolates is a family-run company and is known for creation of artisan and premium chocolates since its inception in 1982. It provides wide variety of luxurious confections which is created with all-natural, organic, local and finest ingredients. All chocolates are manually made using refined methods in small batches to get pure taste of chocolates. Their specialty product includes coconut gold bars which are made of white chocolates and gold-wrapped bars of creamy coconut. They regularly make caramels of 18000 to 20000 and each batch takes 45 minutes to be cooked. Andrina Bigelow (Fran's daughter) is the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
