I recently brought in a pair of my Jimmy Choo's to your Dairy Ashford location and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I spent 20-30 minutes discussing what the best repair was. I was even made aware of the risk before dropping my high heels with lace detailing off to him. However when I went to pick up my repair, I was accused by the manager of using a sharpie pen to color in the damage done by your shoe cobbler. There was zero accountability taken and that moment the trust in your business was broken. I will no longer refer any business to the Houston Shoe Hospital and will no longer utilize any of your services for another one of my designer heels. I simply wanted him to understand that there was significantly more damaged that was discussed; a black pen used to color in damage done to my heel. I hope the management team will see this e-mail and utilize this for better training regarding subpar repairs. I have more images to share and will be reaching out again to a corporate manger to discuss in further my terrible experience.
