The only reason the rating is so low is because the only healthy meal I could get at Olive Garden is now gone. Whole wheat linguine and the added veggies you could get. Very disappointed.

Me and my family were traveling from Flordia to Canada, we stopped by the Olive Garden in Macon Georgia had a wonderful time. our server Sandra Mayo was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!! she is so funny and sweet. she made our meal fun and enjoyable, even though it was busy SANDRA MAYO TOOK TIME OUT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY AND THAT IS WHAT MATTERS. NO ONE ELSE CAME TO OUR TABLE BUT HER!!!!!!!!!!THANK YOU SANDRA MAYO

Party 8, 5 adults - 3 teenagers - total tab $181.19 - Sunday 07/27/14 ID # 6865432292372 - Server - Chanell - chk #64391 dining room noisy, 15 minute wait for table with 40% of restaurant with empty tables, no manager ever visited our table, initial one bowl of salad for 8 people! Two more needed to requested by customers service was rushed!! - crab & chicken ordered for $17.89 One small piece of chicken, six nickel size pieces of crab, and a small scope of mashed potato! Portions are better in a SOUP KITCHEN! No wonder OLIVE GARDEN CEO stepping down! Should go the Macaroni Grille went.... we will not return!

Very busy. 45 min wait... Decided to eat at the bar. Not busy at all... But had to wait too long for service? Ignored mostly...while bartender chated with a couple at the opposite end. When served our meals we had to get her attention for silverware? My daughter and I both ordered the same entree, chicken scampi. Yet mine pasta was swimming in salty sauce making the chicken gummy? It also had no red peppers like the picture? What's going on with Olive Garden?

We love Olive Garden! Please come to the Lake Wylie Area of South Carolina. We are York County & one of the fastest growing areas of SC. To visit an Olive Garden we have to drive Approx. 20 plus miles to find one either in Charlotte, Rock Hill, etc. Our area has a new center of town with new Walgreens, Walmart, Lowes, Bank of America, Mc Donalds, a shopping area called the Landing, and many fast food places but NO nice large eat in Restaurant. We are a bedroom community of Charlotte, NC just over the border located on the lake. We need you and our community would support you 100%.

I received a coupon via e-mail from Olive Garden for a free kids meal. It also stated we could make reservations for today, 4/25/13. I called our local Olive Garden in Williamsport, PA. The manager refused to take a reservation. She said the coupon was just to get you to come in, they didn't have to do what it said. She was very rude. I asked her why she wouldn't take a reservation when it was clearly stated in the e-mail that they were to take them for this date. She said "I don't have to do anything I don't want to". I've never had a problem with this location. However, I will never go back. I could not believe how she spoke to me. It was completely unprofessional.

On 4/18/2013, my husband, son, and I visited the Ocala, FL location on State Road 200 at about 9:00 PM. Our waitress (don't remember her name) was wonderful. My son ordered the pizza with chicken and white sauce, my husband had ziti, and I ordered chicken alfredo. Upon receiving our food after waiting for quite some time my son noticed an earwig (bug) on the top of his pizza. The waitress was very embarrassed and immediately took away his pizza, and the manager Kim came over and apologized. Needless to say we all lost our appetites and actually took the food home for our dogs to eat. I haven't frequented Olive Garden too much, but will definetly not be going back.

My husband and I started to eat at The Olive Garden in Barboursville, WV. He drove 50 minutes to get here. Once we were seated the plate they brought out to place your bread in was dirty. He started to take a drink if ice tea and there was food all over the outside of the glass that was dried. After all of that, he opens his silverware and there is food all over the fork. The worst experience I have ever had at your resteraunt. We left the resteraunt. I would appreciate receiving some explanation or how they plan to resolve the problem.
