Dear Panera I ordered through the online app and the app gave me a time that was plenty of time for them to make a half a dozen bowls of soup and two for sandwiches and the order was not ready when I arrived nor were they making it 40 minutes later they had still not done anything with the food and I had asked for my money back and you have to call the manager of the manager to get the money back and theAnd the store clerk told me to still sit down and back to my car and just wait I still do not have my money back over $100 worth of food they should’ve been ready at 5 o’clock I showed up at 10 after five and it wasn’t ready I am very disappointed and disturbed at the attitude of your sales people and staff in the store I will get my money back he will refund my money I expect a full refund

I went to Panera bread in Conroe,Texas and ordered a large Greek salad. This is something I frequently do and add my roasted chicken to it. Upon arriving at home,2 miles away, and opening my salad there is no Greek dressing. I call Panera and spoke to Drayten, explained the situation and he says I am sorry, what can I do for you?Obviosly nothing because I will have to drive back and get the drssing. I find this so offensive, what do I say give me a million dollars !! Panera should want to keep my business and not insult me. Please tell me what one should one say to that question?? It almost seems like employees are coached to say that.

I ordered a delivery order for panera bread. I placed the order at 9:10am on 9-15. At 11:00 I still had not received my order. I called and the delivery driver wanted to argue that he delivered at the right spot. He had pictures, they were of a business down the road. I was told I could walk over and get it. That is not why I paid the delivery fee. They, after arguing, agree to "make it right" by sending me a different sandwich...different from what I ordered because it was no longer breakfast. This was not making it right because I got a grilled cheese instead of a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I explained that was not what I ordered but still did not even get an apology. At 1 I recieved a cold grilled cheese sandwich :(. 4 hours late, delivered to the wrong building, had to argue with the driver after being on hold four over 20 minutes and still after all that I didn't receive the food I ordered. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Pathetic drive thru service at Panera on Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach, FL. The black girl wasn’t at all familiar with the menu. She was rude, disrespectful and lazy. She neglected to enter my membership number and when I asked her about it, she gave me attitude telling me the system was down and I could enter it myself on the website. Since she gave me the WRONG food, I had to go inside the store. I asked if their system was down, and another employee said no. As I was talking to a manager, the rude drive thru employee approach and began arguing with me about what happened in front of a line full of customers. The manager had absolutely no idea how to handle this, so I just walked away and said that I was going to voice a complaint with corporate headquarters. So here it is. I would like to know what you’re going to do about this?

I have always loved the Panera community dating back to the St. Louis Bread company days; however, this morning I was sadden by my experience. What hurt the most was the disrespect and contemptuous service received by the on-duty manager, Zahrva Faris. I would love to speak with someone as soon as possible prior to contacting the CDC and the Health department. Her safety protocol and unsanitary measures were simply despicable putting me and possibly the community in harm’s way by handling my food without wearing PPE (gloves) which were readily available. I have clearly reviewed your posting regarding the COVID-19 precautions and policies during this horrific time and was in total compliance, but this was not displayed by Ms. Faris. It is my hopes she is immediately removed for servicing customers until she has been properly trained on food and safety protocols. Additionally, I would like a formal apology for her disrespect and disregard concerning my experience and her unwillingness to resolve the issue. It is to be noted, I asked to speak with her several times which she refused and stated she was busy. As a leader in my community and business owner, it is imperative we understand the importance of selecting managers that are properly trained, able to manage in a respectfully manner and provide supreme customer service continuous business growth.

I love Panera Bread as does my wife and 85 year old mother in law. Every Sunday after church they have a lovely breakfast at one of the Boca Raton locations. They enjoy not only the food but the comfortable decor which allows them to relax and chat for an hour or so. One note-every morning I stop for my morning pastry or bagel which is usually a one or two item purchase. They use a bag large enough for at six bagels or more, give me a huge stack of napkins and plastic fork and knife. It seems like an awful waste of paper and plastic and expense. Thanks
