hi, we stayed at the wynham ocean ridge resort. aug. 23-27 2020. infested with cocker roaches. could not take a shower floor to slippery not safe. called manager 4times did not return my call. called wynham hq talked with karen. this is the absolute worst stay at a resort i have ever experienced. i was going to get a 10% refund. still waiting on this after talking to manager and karen. call me okey asp asp.

This was the absolute worst stay at a hotel that I have ever experienced. Upon arrival at the Panama City Beach, FL location, the hotel clerk didn't tell us about the additional room that was connected to our room, there was dry blood on the sheets in both rooms, the bath tub was dirty, they wouldn't bring more towels to the room without us having to ask repeatedly and we had to call each and every day just to get them to come and clean the room! I don't understand!!
