I want to take to to thanks Mrs. Tiffany from your California Office. ( she work in the offie of the president) She was very professional, polite and empathic to my situaion. My husband is an disabled Veteran and we needed her assistance in making payment arrangements. Since is disability things have been very difficult for us financially, emotionallly and physically. His life depends on your wireless service which gives him the ability to get in contact with his physicians and other health care professionals. Mrs. Tiffany was able to arrange for payments and treat us with dignity and respect. I hope the corporate office realizes that your are all her effects are truly appreciated. You have a constomer for life! (Please note I used to be an Sprint customer for 15 years) Sincerely, Jameelah and Nathan Johnson 571-315-0014 703-870-1639 US Army Veterans Wound Warrior

I have had to fight the same fight for 6months,, the phone line was not set up correctly and billed correctly sinse day one. I keep being tole they corrected the issue only to see another incorrect bill,,, their people even said they don't understand the concept of double billing, however that have done it for months and I can prove it on of the corporate office personal suggested I. sue them! how about that's.. this is about something less than a hundred dollars but at a point the principal becomes more important if they read please get hold of me ms Garcia has a file I UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE USES HOME LINES ANY MORE,why subject ones self to this treatment ra

I had high hopes when I got ATT&T Uverse. The service is great when it works; but it's impossible to get help when you need it. Now, I don't have a dial tone on my phone---that shouldn't be too hard to diagnose and fix. After over about 2 hours, first on the phone (when I got billing) and then with 2 internet sessions, probably with people not in the U.S., I still don't have any progress. One person was going to reset the router; but nothing happened. The other told me to do something locally; but that didn't work and there was no way to communicate that. You need to take care of your customers. Concentrate on prompt, efficient, and informed workers and you'll get and KEEP customers!

All former reviews were removed (most were not good). AT&T has very poor customer service - reps are not well trained; put on hold for 40 minutes; some are foreign and can't be understood due to poor English; billing when bundling with TV is not coordinated and incorrect; need to call corporate president's office to get assistance. Not a good company to deal with due to lousy customer service!

Your company has discontinued my phone service due to third party billing, and you receive a payment for me every month, even though, you continuously change my due date and the amount of my basic phone service bill without prior approval or acknowledgement from me. Your company is very deceptive in my opion. This is why I filed serval complaints against your company with the Better Business Bureau.

I am astounded that a corporation of the background of AT&T would allow a TV ad to use incorrect English! The ad showing currently is advertising U-Verse, it has a group of children talking and the first boy to speak says "Look at THEM kids --- etc. etc" With the background of AT&T and their long business traditions, why would they allow incorrect English usage? It should be "Look at THOSE kids ---" Have our standards and education sunk this low? You need to talk to your ad agency or to whomever approved this ad.

I have been with AT&T sinceMay 15th and I have had the worst experience of any phone carrier. I have called 3 times to get my home phone set up and stay on hold until I have to hang up. When I get home the same story, then to add insult to injury, I had the worst experience at the Fairview store in Charlotte, NC with Ramsey and Nate (Manager and Rep), extremely rude and the word customer service is not in their vocabulary. I am telling everyone I can not to go with AT&T! They are rude, unprofessional and not respectful of the consumer.

To Whom it may concern: On May 24, my wife and I upgraded our cell phones from the Lumberton NC branch. The Samsung model that we were given will not transfer contacts from the cell phone contacts list to the Bluetooth on our Equinox. We went back to the Lumberton branch so they could help us but to no avail, they told us we would have to go to the car dealership. The car dealership COULD NOT get it to transfer the numbers either. We then called customer service and they had us to call Samsung Manufacturer, which we should not have to do since the phone belongs to ATT. Still no solution to the problem. Made another trip back to the Lumberton Branch to change the phone and guess what? Could not do that either. Faster may not be better maybe ATT needs to strive for making it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. My family has been a valuable and loyal customer when Southern Bell and Bell South was in existence and we still have the same telephone number that I had as a child 59 years ago. However, I guess value, loyalty and customer service are a thing of the past and outdated. Signed unhappy and the problem is still not fixed Donna and Jerry Chavis
