ok heres a idea to consider if instead you charge a pmt convience fee to pay your bill you charge a five dollar pmt arr fee and pay your bill with out the fee I would bet that you would get more pmt and less pmt arr just a thought cause I hear everyday that the customers don't wnt to pay the fee so therefore if you would charge that for pmt arr there would be more money coming in. just a thought but a really good thought don't you think? from a crm that hears a lot of disturbing stuff from customers!!!!!!!!!!!!
so unhappy with att u verse customer support.they were supposed to ship my xbox 360 as a reward and guess what they shipped it to the wrong address.now they have to investigate it for another 4 weeks to which i am po'ed because of their lack of caring about their messup.why it takes 4 weeks when i can find their mess on the ups site is beyond me.have had wireless and am very happy but uverse has been a nightmare
I have been a loyal customer for 10 years where I have had to fight several times for what I pay for. Move to an area that has barely any coverage. I get told by a customer service rep that no worries you can break contract under those circumstances only to be told today she misread and that it would be 245$. Wow AT&T I would have to say is the worst service provider of all that are out there can't even honor their own word.
I HAVE BEEN WITH ATT FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND I NEVER THOUGHT THEY WOULD EVER WRONG SOMEONE SO BAD !!!! I HAD A PA SET UP ON MY ACCOUNT FOR 7/25/2013 AND THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE THE AMOUNT OUT FOR MY BILL AND MY DAUGHTERS BILL 4 TIMES EACH 299.80 AND 209.72 THEY TRIED 8 TIME WHICH CAUSED ME 771.80 IN INS FEES ON MY ACCT. I DID TALK TO A RET REP ND SHE ADVISED TO ME SHE WAS MAKING CREDITS TO MY ACCT THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE A BILL DUE UNTILL SEPT. 16 AND NOW THEY HAVE DONE IT AGAIN CHARGING ME 640.00 FOR THE AMOUNT THEY HAD ALREADY JACKED FROM ME AND THIS DID GIVE ME ANYTHING.
TRIED TO E-MAIL, E-EMAIL INDICATED NON-EXISTANT. WHAT A BUNCH OF CHICKENSHITS! I WILL BE GOING TO VERIZON SOON.
This the worst company I have ever been with I have been without a home phone for 3 days and am pretty tired of being sent from one person to another that is not helping the matter I would not tell any one to move their service to AT&T because it is really bad and the customer service is bad also I wish I had never went with them to bundle my services I should have stayed with what I already had I made a mistake and now I have to deal with this until I can get it fixed it is a shame that the company does not care even a little about how they treat customers

My husband is an disabled Veteran and we needed her assistance in making payment arrangements. Since is disability things have been very difficult for us financially, emotionallly and physically. His life depends on your wireless service which gives him the ability to get in contact with his physicians and other health care professionals. Mrs. Tiffany was able to arrange for payments and treat us with dignity and respect. I hope the corporate office realizes that your are all her effects are truly appreciated. I have been a loyal customer for 2 yrs. I have not been able to upgrade my phone at all. Now I am looking to get out of my contract because of all the hassle I have had and I am 2 months away from my contract end date and they r telling me it will b $115 per line (4) lines to get out. I just want out and to fulfill my end of the deal . I cannot believe the way I have been treated.
help. it was stated here that sometimes AT&T reads these , if so I need to speak with someone from the office of the pres! I need to speak with the head of the appeals and escalation dept! I have had to fight the same fight for 6months,, the phone line was not set up correctly and billed correctly sinse day one. I keep being tole they corrected the issue only to see another incorrect bill,,, their people even said they don't understand the concept of double billing, however that have done it for months and I can prove it on of the corporate office personal suggested I. sue them! how about that's.. this is about something less than a hundred dollars but at a point the principal becomes more important if they read please get hold of me ms Garcia has a file I UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE USES HOME LINES ANY MORE,why subject ones self to this treatment ra
