    Tried placing an order on the phone. Couldn't understand the service rep. They outsource their customer service overseas. I sent an e-mail to complain and got a response from a customer service rep overseas. I will never buy from 1800 flowers again unless they bring jobs back here. I want to order from someone who speaks English so if I have a question they can answer so I can understand.

    I would give ZERO stars. I ordered two floral arrangements for my brother's funeral. The flowers were NEVER delivered from me (brother) or from my father (for his son). THIS IS HORRIBLE! One of the saddest moments for us and I had to deal with Customer Service Reps who barely speak English and were of NO assistance. I forwarded the confirmation e-mail directly to Mr. McCann, CEO, and Bibi Brown, whose name is on the e-mail, along with our sad story. NO REPLY! Stunning! NEVER ORDER FROM 1-800-FLOWERS! You would not want your loved one treated in this manner. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

    Flowers not delivered on Valentine's Day and now no delivery on Mother's Day. Find another delivery company, or better yet, call a florist directly in the area you want the flowers delivered. 1-800-flowers is the worst!

    My husband, who is currently deployed ordered me flowers from 1800flowers.com to be delivered today for my Birthday tomorrow. It is now 5 p.m. and we have been informed that they are not going to deliver them and the order has been cancelled. The company took an order weeks ago that they knew would not be delivered on the day they promised. When I called UPS, they blamed 1800flowers. When I called 1800flowers, they blamed UPS.Then the representative told me that when the order was placed and accepted it would have alerted them that they don't deliver to my house on sat, and that the person that accepted the order had to over-ride or force it in. Clearly when they charged my husbands credit card they already knew flowers couldn't be delivered that day. It was bad enough that the surprise had to be ruined, because I am the only one that can make the phone call, but then to be treated with such poor customer service is unbelievable. They sent a generic apology email, didn't offer to do anything to make it right except give you 20 dollars off of your next purchase. Why would I spend more money with this company? Keep your 20 bucks! Not to mention, I made a complaint on their Facebook page, and they deleted my post, and blocked me from posting. I looked at the page later, and it seems there are MANY more upset customers! I know I am sharing my experience with anyone that will listen! Especially the military; Many soldiers depend on companies like this to take their messages home, and make their families feel loved while they are so far away and clearly this company doesn't care! We won’t be using UPS or 1800flowers in the future. Hopefully everyone else that reads this won’t either.

    Horrible!!!! Price charged 30.00 more than expected!!! Not delivered on time either .. I ordered for a funeral... So disappointed :( never again
