We just dined at your store in Port Orange, FL The food was great but I want to call your attention to the condition of the floor edging just beneath the register. The paint is worn off and there is signs of black mold on the surface of the wall. I wish I could attach a photo of the area. The rest of the store was okay but, this, in full view of the customer, is unacceptable.

I purchased a Chicken Pot Pie at your North Miami,Fl store. I opened the top of the pie it literary had scrapes of dry chick pieces. I called the branch to speak to the manager...she did not want to speak to me. I purchase family meals all the time from your company. Not any more...were is the customer service. By the way,,,I threw the pie out & my daughter did not eat for the evening. What happened to this company?

Wow, the Boston Market in Bolingbrook, Illinois needs A major overhaul! Maybe Undercover Boss could help this location. Rude employees! Went to get a turkey pot pie, they had none, so got Chicken that is supposed to be loaded with veggies, no veggies, just dark chicken meat which I do not eat and crust and a lot of goop. Just threw it out. My husband wanted dark meat none (probably because they put it in the pot pie), so had to order white meat and was not happy! He said his meal was just ok and he never finished his either....VERY DISAPPOINTED!! My first time there will be my last!!
