I had to replace a worn out Broan Roof Mounted Powered Attic Ventilator after 31 years of exceptional service. I purchased a new Broan Model 356BK and was very impressed that I was able to remove the internals by just removing 3 bolts and reinserting into the old unit. It fit PERFECTLY with no problems. It would have been a very involved problem if I had to install a new dome on the roof. Broan is a great forward thinking company. Keeping a good design the same which makes future repairs so much easier. I had a similar experience in another Broan product, Bathroom heater/ventilator. I just had to switch the internals from a new unit that fit perfectly in an old unit housing. A great company.
