I went to Carx on May 6,2013 for an oil change. First oil change on my new 2012 VW Routan that had only 7000 miles on it. Chuck the guy at the front desk said he would take care of it. Dropped the car off at 10 am and returned at 100 pm and car had not moved. He stated it would be done by 330. He then called me at 319 and told me that my car wasnt driveable and needed to be towed. He asked me if i had had an oil change before and i said no this the first, it has only 7000 miles on it. Chuck then wanted to lay the blame on the last person that changed the oil, but this was the first. So, i think the person to blame is Chuck and his workers. Chuck had said that it was very hard to remove the oil filter and once they got it, it had broken. The VW dealer said that Carx did the damage to this by trying to hard to remove it. Chuck said that he felt responsible that it happened in his shop, but did not feel responsible for it being broke. I believe the shop and he is responsible for the damage. I had to have my car towed to VW dealer where they looked at it and gave me a bill of $906.32. Now, Im having to pay this amount for wanting a simple oil change. I believe that Carx is responsible for this bill and also give me a rental car for my inconvenience. I am extremely annoyed about this. This is a brand new car that was running perfectly this past weekend, where we traveled to Chicago and back. Please responded to me, Thank you, Emily Ahr

They damaged my car by stripping the plug entirely and then put a sealant to cover it up long enough for me to dirve out. A week later the sealant gave and I lost all the oil costing me 2 days. When I called they told me it was not their problem and asked if I had full coverage insurance. The way they have handled this matter has been HORRIBLE. They are do not care about you, go somewhere else. SAVE YOURSELF!
