I was visiting Austin,Texas this past month and had the mis-fortune to find the Carter's on Brodie lane. Not only was it the worst customer service I have had any ware -it was backed up by the rude,loud,uneducated and condescending manager and her snotty assistant. They did not get my stamps correct,they argued it with me only to be wrong. Never will a kind word come from my mouth when it comes to this location.Love the clothes, but your staff at this location has me shopping next door instead.
