We have been going to Chevy's on the River, Sacramento location for the last few weeks and getting just one order. We have been ordering deep fried ice cream and that's it. The first time was 8/25 and we had ordered three orders of it and even though we were told it would be 20 mins, we got there at exactly 20 mins but had to wait an additional 45 mins to get our order. The next two time after that weren't bad. We were able to get our order of deep fried ice creams in less time. The last time we visited and ordered two deep fried ice creams(9/11), we were told it would be ready in 10 mins. we got to the restaurant in exactly 10 mins. The guy came out took our card, charged it and told us that the ice cream was still being "fried in the kitchen". We waited another 20 mins and I finally went into the restaurant and waited another 30 mins before getting out order and it was still incorrect! We left a survey for the restaurant and someone called us back from there, left a message and said that they would email us and try to call again. We never got an email communication and I tried to call them back a few times and even left a message but did not get a call back. After a few tries, I started to feel like this person was just avoiding my calls. The experience was horrible and the way this issue was dealt with was even worse. This is not how customers should be treated when they have a bad experience. I don't want to contact this restaurant or the number that was left as like I mentioned it seems like they were just avoiding my calls at this point.
