Stayed at Quality Inn, Kissimmee, Fl in March 2013. Room dirty. 1 nite, too much.......Fallen on property and reported immediately. GM never returned 3 calls.. Contacted Corp. 24 hrs later GM called. One week after incident. Could care the fact of my injuries. Advised I tended to my own injurie, ice pack etc. Off my feet for injuries for 5 days. Wanted to be compensated. He advised points toward future stays. One night offered in same hotel. NO WAY!!! He would have his owner call. NEVER RECEIVED CALL!!!! Corp. sorry for incident. But since a franchise owned unable to settle dispute. Don't believe that CORP. could not compensate customer for injuries sustained on their property.
