I had the best customer service I have ever had at the 9950 W McDowell Rd. Avondale, AZ 85392 (623) 936-5149 store. From start to finish everyone I dealt with there was fantastic! The situation was not normal with my tire purchase, and they all went (quite happily I might add) above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

I would like to thank Jay from the discount tire store in Fountain Hills, AZ. He exceeded customer service satisfaction. He truly understands the value of keeping customers. Have Mr. Englert call me and I will explain to him how I feel right now, before I seek legal advice on what my options are to file a suite against Discount Tire Corp. for the damage they did to my wife's car, and with all the money I and my son's have spent at Discount Tire here in San Antonio, Texas and all the other locations we have lived. *(Tires and wheels being purchased over the past 20-years or longer. Got ripped off at Lynnwood Wa. store was charged for rebalancing my tires went in for a rebalancing and rotation, I had them put my tires on different wheels which I paid for mount and dismount but tires were in need to be rebalanced anyway whether the wheels were changed or not I asked for a refund and my emails are all ignored by Discount Tire.
