The (3 Star) Rating is based solely on the fact that the productas are available to millions of people within the continental United States. The (5 Star) rating was not achieved because of the following: (1) The difficulty with accessing a "free" report via personal email; (2) Selecting to provide consumers with the initial payment option of an on-going monthly fee versus a one time payment fee for your personal product; (3) Multiple telephonic calls to Equifax over the course of 3-4 business days, and still not able to view and/or receive the "free" or "paid" credit report in a timely manner
