my loans transferred to this company has been a nightmare. you can't even get my phone number correct after 5, yes 5 phone calls to customer service. you should be ashamed of yourselves. ive never been late pay in my 60 years yet i get pink notices from you and then i received an assistance package. your customer service people are nasty and offensive. I have zero confidence in your business and it's practices. it's sad.
