Kate Mantilini had been the original concept of Lewis family held Hamburger Hamlet. Lewises had been the founders as well as operators of Hamburger Hamlet since its establishment in 1950 until it had been sold in the year 1987. Harry had been the contract player with Warner Bros during 1940's and acted in several films among Edward G Robinson, Humphrey Bogart and Key Largo. Presently Kate Mantilini is being operated by their executive chef David Lewis and David Lewis in-charge of the entire operation.
