Your General Manager, Jennifer at your Philadelphia location is rude,arrogant,disrespectful and extremely unprofeesional. We had a reservation for 6 for restaurant week. She was extremeky rude to one of my party and then refused to seat him. She told me that she would seat us but not him. Prior to us, she was also extremely rude to another African American women.Is this who you want to represent your company. If so, you will loss a lot of business.
