In 1903, the team moved to New York City and turned up as New York Highlanders prior to selecting Yankees as official name in the year 1913. Brian Cashman and Joe Girardi are the general manager and manager of the team respectively. The team has won 27 World Series championships, 18 division titles and 40 AL pennants.

How about considering NY Yankees navy blue and white pinstripes away uniforms instead of gray away uniforms? Dress white with navy pinstripes for home games navy with white for away would be a great switch. I’ve been a fan over forty years. It’s time to ramp up the dull grays on the road.
