Absolutely horrible, terrible service. The customer care center is atrocious, they have the " we apologize for any inconvenience " down pat, no wonder they must repeat it thousands of times a day. I have placed and made a dozen follow up calls, they have changed my ticket number three times, set up repair service with an authorized dealer in Omaha, Nebraska, when we live in Kansas City (seriously?), they don't document the file when taking these calls, and I still don't have my refrigerator fixed. We have not even started the claim process for my damaged wood kitchen floors. I can hardly wait for that fiasco. I will never, ever, buy another Samsung product. Stick with Sears on appliances, at least you get people who can communicate and have some kind of authority to help customers. (Gee ever heard of Southwest Airlines customer service model where employees are empowered to actually HELP!!). I am fuming as I write this. I could not even talk to a manager to escalate this problem - there was no manager around. What crap.
Bought a Samsung HMX-W200 Waterproof camcorder about 2 years ago and have had a great experience. Used it on many family vacations the quality is as good as a Go Pro at half the cost. If Samsung invests in this field of electronics they could dominate this market.
Dear sirs am a new user just bot samsung tab2 GT-P5100 / SER 355695052402250 From Alexandria-Egypt date/14-04-2013. And at 10-06-2013 started to need software coz it freeze and every thing has stopped keyboard- phone-google-facebook-viber..ect. i gave it to maintenance with the (warranty). and after using it for a week i have the same problem.. i gave it to the maintenance 3 times in 3 weeks with the same problem and 3 software.. so i asked the company to replace it with a new working tab. they refused.. am very disappointed.. this is my 1st samsung item and was going to buy another mobile and t.v. but sure i will not.. if i will not have another working tab. it will be a very bad reputation for ur company. am very angry and i believe ur company will not accept this bad reputation.

I'm using Sam sung Galaxy S advance gt i 9070 since 6 months.., it was going on not well date of purchase, and before the time of purchasing to this handset the calling by Sales Counter to C.care and confirmation given by your C.care to me at Sam sung Cafe, New Delhi, he said you can purchase it, because Jellybean up gradation for this device Gt I 9070 will be recently launched by our Company Sam sung...recently Sam sung Service Center updated it to Jellybean but problem is maintain after that...then after service center change the mother board in my phone and again updated with jelly bean...one of the problem has been solved. But new lots of problem started in my phone as like started lagging, very- very slow performance. now I can't not able to use any application on my mobile because application hanging problem, lagging, keyboard lagging, handset heating, only one application using by me in between msg. Blinking "application being closed due to low memory error" and in between bluetooth file sharing time msg. Comes on screen "background services not allowed for transfer data to other device due to low resources"...and file does not transfer properly to others mobile. .hang.., settings, Gallery, keywords hanging and keyboard lagging with opening to every apps.Then i called to customer care... plz some body help me. His head office tech.team handle the case.he was check by remote control to my phone vai App. SMART TUTOR. But he was accepted all this problem and result is nothing, he was helpless...Really the big problem I'm facing my S advance after upgrading in jelly bean...very very poor performance. ..so bad so bad...and Sam sung service center and technical team of Sam sung India head office is helpless for it...He said why you updated your Handset with Jelly Bean.. Why are going again again at Service center. You can purchase to other mobile its your choice, not by Sam sung India Company suggest to you. what you'll purchase..I can't do this? I don't care? What to you do?...this is the words of Sam sung India's Customers Satisfaction team...Very poor, badly and new experience with SAMSUNG MOBILE...Everyday I have sent to many mails with pics. of the problem in my mobile. You can see it ..but Mr.S.k.Bansal wants a proof. and he also used unprofessional language. .he don't know any technical knowledge. ..as per he told me. from 15-20days I'm going your service center. Today I was again call to your c.care. ..but no any help He told me Mr. Bansal has been refused and closed your req.I have feel very poor performance, very poor Services, very poor behaviour with Customers by person of Worldwide Brand Name SAMSUNG. You cannot get through to thier corporate office. Their customer service is the worst. Do not purchase a Samsung product.
Absolutely awful customer service on my 4 in 1 printer/fax, etc. Took a week and a half and 6 phone calls for me to just give up. never once got a call back that was promised 4 times, Executive Customer Relations act like they are annoyed you called and are paid to get rid of you. Techs not knowledgeable enough and not enough of the senior tier of them to be responsive (don't know if they'd be better - never got to talk to one). I will never buy a product with the SAMSUNG label again.
Was a US Cellular customer, when Sprint took over I had to get a different phone (Galaxy 3)..I had Galaxy 2 which I loved (us Cell). Customer service at the Sprint store was atrocious and 50 of my songs and 80 pictures where missing. The guy at the store was rude and did not seem to care. Sure miss my Android GalaxyII...and US Cell!!!
Drop calls pre and post connect. Nice folks in Inda with no clue. They should be ashamed..Galaxy Slll if JUNK!
