Sheana Davis is a culinary educator, cheese maker, and the owner of Epicurean connection in Sonoma, California. She has ardently supported the artisan and farmstead cheese movement for more than 20 years. Sheana proudly released her own cheese, Delice de la Vallee in 2009. In the year 2010, Sheana won the ACS First Place for her Crème de Fromage, Sheana sponsors the Sonoma Valley Cheese conference which draws cheese makers, dairy farmers, authors and vendors. The 17th conference is scheduled for February 23-27, 2014 in Sonoma. The Epicurean Connection is a popular neighborhood specialty cheese shop in Sonoma featuring fresh soups & sandwiches made with local ingredients, take-out, and cheese plates offering some American artisan cheeses only available at this shop. Sheana also holds classes and special events.
