I CANT EVEN COMPREHEND THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT JULLINANA FLIGHT 997FROM LAS VEGAS TO CHICAGO WOULD TAKE HER MASK OFF AND THE PILOT OR COPILOT LEAVE THE COCKPIT SO THEY CAN STAND IN THE CORNER CHATTING AWAY , AS SHE ALSO WALKED THE ISLE WITH HER NOSE OUT THE ENTIRE TIME. I drove my son Michael Patrick Larkin and grandson David Larkin to KCI on saturday morning, June 29, 2013 and arrived at the SWA gates about 35 minutes before their 6:45 flight non-stop to SFO with seat assignments.They checked in about 23 hours before. There were approximately 100 passengers outside trying to check their bags, also long lines inside. The plane left without them and many other passengers. Finally at 2 PM they were boarded on a flight to SAN and continued on to SFO...arriving around twelve hours after their scheduled arrival, and after 8 hours in the terminal. there was only one agent checking bags at curbside. This is inexcusable, where was the Station Manager, and adequate additional help?
My name is Tyrone Lee. My wife Kenyatta and I had our vacation ruined by Southwest. We were traveling from Jacksonville, FL on March 23, 2013 to Las Vegas, however there were mechanical issues with the plane so we did not depart. After more than a 3 hour delay we were told that we would have to fly to Houston pay for our hotel stay and that we may or may not get out to our final destination the next day and that " you have been warned". My wife and I had been planning this vacation for sometime, as I am a Law Enforcement Officer and do not get a lot of quality time off from my stressful job. Now I was told that I would receive a full refund and two (2) $200 vouchers for future travel. As of today, I have not received any funds nor any travel voucher. I am really starting to get frustrated at this process of getting transferred to someone else or given a different numbers to call to resolve this matter.
