    As a retired flight attendant on a "real" first class airline, after seeing the uneducated, untrained male steward harrassing the man with the american flag mask I would strongly advise anyone thinking of flying with you to beware...it appears the safety and comfort of your passengers are greatly at risk..shameful at best!

    Without a doubt this is the most screwed up reservations system that ever existed...............one star is being generous.......you cannot get anything accomplished over the internet....don't waste your time

    We flew on Spirit Airlines flight 208 on Thursday, July 25th on flight 208 from Las Vegas to DFW (a direct flight) leaving on the red-eye at 8PM. I checked my luggage assuming it would be taken care of properly but to my dismay, when I got home, one of Spirit Airlines Employees opened my suitcase and helped themselves to my laptop computer. When I called them they simply stated in multiple conversations and emails that they're sorry but they're NOT responsible for the actions of their thieving employees. I then contacted TSA who informed me that they have seen a trend of thefts with Spirit Airlines on the red-eye flights out of Las Vegas. I am contacting the media and have filed a police report as well but will probably NEVER see my computer again. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE EVER - THEY HIRE THEIVES TO WORK FOR THEM AND THEN DENY THEY HAVE ANY PROBLEMS! THIS IS NOT OVER BY A LONG SHOT... YOU'VE MESSED WITH A WOMAN FROM TEXAS AND WE DON'T PUT UP WITH THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR!

    This is how I feel at the moment and I haven't even flown. I have tried in vain for six days to get someone to answer your d@#$ phone to no avail. I need to talk to a person about reserving two seats on my scheduled flight to St. Thomas on July 26th. I need to be sure that I sit with my granddaughter. I am very frustrated that I can not get assistance. I would appreciate any suggestions from Spirit Airlines o how to contact someone. I sure hope that my flight is better than the customer service thus far......thanks.

    My kids flight was concelled for no reason the day before they were traveling. Spirit told me that they could fly 4 days after the original departure date because all flights before that were full. At the end, they could not travel. This was a vacation planned for more than 3 months and they just could not do it because Spirit decided to cancel their flight. They were very upset. I spoke with a costumer repersentative and he was not helpful at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that I have to wait for about 30 minutes. So, I could not do that one either. They gave me vouchers but with 60 days of expiration. Really?? I do not recommend this airline.

    the service was rotten... roughest flight I have ever taken.. they take $ out of your account that you do not authorize for their air fare club... will never use spirit again..

    absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced - over 3 hrs to talk to a human being and still unable to get through - trying to fly my brothers child to see him as he is in critical condition - can not use my charge card since not in possession of my sisterinlaw and absolutely no way to speak to a live person to make arrangements - unbelieveable
