    I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND RECOMMENDED T-MOBILE TO OTHERS. AFTER THE UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AND DISRESPECT RECEIVED TODAY, I NOW KNOW WHY T-MOBILE IS RATED LOW. BEING ON PRE-PAID, HAVING MY PHONE STOLEN WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE, I REQUESTED A COPY OF THE OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS. I WAS REFUSED ON SEVEN DIFFERENT TIMES,INCLUDING BY SUPERVISORS.COMMON SENSE DICTATES THAT AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, I AM ENTITLED TO ANY OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS MADE ON MY PHONE WHICH I PAID FOR. I AM ENTITLED TO A COPY OF THE BILLING RECORD PERIOD! MY RIGHT OF PRIVACY IS VIOLATED, NOT THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED ANY CALLS.I AM ENTITLED TO MY PAYMENT RECORD. THE REFUSAL TO PROVIDE A COPY TO A DEDICATED AND PAYING CUSTOMER IS TOTALLY UNREASONALBE AND UNCONSCIONABLE.I WILL CHECK OUT DIFFERENT PLANS WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

    calls are dropped at the most inapportune times leaving me without service. i travel often and i need my t-mobile phone to be accessible at all times. can we talk and i don't mean with a customer service representative. i have a proposal and need your assistance. simmons 734 657 3101 706 925 3305

    This T-Mobile Cellphone Company is the worst US Based one,in the entire USA and their Corporate Officials the most arrogant and total incompetent as are their employees. T-Mobile ripped me off on the pre-paid cellphone plan I bought from them and sold me a very totally undependable Samsung SGH -t139 cellphone that is very hard to use and the worst cellphone that I have ever owned. T-Mobile is as bad as NET 10 and Tracphone and as big of a rip off as well. I have filed FTC and BBB Complaints against T-Mobile and am waiting on the results. I wish that I had never bought a pre-pais cellphone plan or this very poor and totally undependable Samsung SGH-t139 cellphone from this rip-off outfit. Please folks never do business with America's Worst Cellphone Business! I am a retired 75 year old disabled senior citizen that cannot afford to let big corporation crooks rip me off!

    I BOUGHT A GALAXY TABLET AND A SAMSUNG GALAXY 2 PHONE BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO BUY A IPHONE AND A IPAD . THE MANAGER OF THE STORE IN WESTLY CHAPEL STORE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A BETTER PLAN . I AM A PASTOR AND I TRAVEL AROUND THE WORLD SO I NEEDED THE TABLET TO KEEP UP WITH DATES AND ME TRAVELING , IT WAS STOLEN IN JULY OF THE SAME YEAR. THEY TOLD ME AFTER SPENDING AND PUTTING INSURANCE THROUGH TMOBILE. THAT THEY DON'T COVER THE TABLET, NOW I HAVE HAD ONE LINE AND THE TABLET LINE, THEY REFUNDED ME THE MONEY FOR THE INSURANCE THAT THEY PUT ON MY ACCT.. BUT STILL CHARGE ME EVERY MONTH THE FOR THE TABLET LINE AND EVERY THING ELSE...MY BILL WITH ONE PHONE IS SUPPOSE TO BE 80.00 FOLLARS A MONTH THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME FOR DOWN LOADS OF ABOUT 44.00 AMONTH , MY BILL IS 136.00 THIS MONTH AND 144.00 LAST MONTH AND 149.00 THE MONTH BEFORE ...I HAVE TALKED TO EVERY CUSTOMERS SERVICE REP. IT IS AND THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE FIXING IT...LAST MONTH IN JUNE THEY GAVE ME A CREDIT OF 380.00, THEY PAID ME FOR ALL THAT I HAD BEEN THROUGH... WELL THIS MONTH THEY TOOK IT OFF MY ACCOUNT NOW THEY MADE ME PAY FOR DROPPING THE THE BROADBAND FROM MY ACCT. SO I'M VERY SICK BECAUSE MY BILL THIS MONTH IS 136.00..SO TELL ME ABOUT THE COMMERCIAL THAT THEY SAY WAS TO STOP PAYING TO MUCH AND NO CONTRACTS...I'M IN HELL IN TAMPA FL...I WANT THE CORPORATE OFFICERS TO KNOW WE CAN'T PAY OUR REGULAR BILLS HOW CAN I PAY OTHER BILLS, THEY GOT OUT OF PAYING ME FOR THE TABLET BUT WILL NOT CANCEL THE CONTRACT ON MY PHONE... I'M SICK OF T-MOBILE .......

    I hate t-mobile with a passion they have no customer service skills whats so ever... We have been with them since 07. Our contract was up and come to find out that they extended my contract due to an upgrade that I never authorized.. They consider replacing a phone that caught fire an upgrade,, unreal. dont ever go with them... I had to give one star to submit this but they are not worth it.....

    Very deceptive company trains every employee to lie buyer beware.No matter what data plan you buy you will never achieve high speed data usage you were lead to believe Thur their advertising. They count all speeds at which you use your to down load against your 4g plan and when it is used up they put you to speeds lower than old dial up.

    I am very disappointed with service I received from your company, I know I am a needle in this haystack but today beats it all. I called due to a payment not able to be posted to find out I could not make a call, not even to customer care? I stayed on the phone from 11:00 till 1:35 pm still no resolution and still phone canceled. I was told no notice had to be given. I was also transfrered after making another arrangement to find out the phone would not be turned back on today until a payment was made. wow no one thought to tell me that I have been with you guys for several years and know I have paid for these phones over and over, yes you do provide a service and we should pay for them and for that I am at fault but overall I have always paid for my services. I just thought I was a loyal customer. Thanks /m/
