Working with VIP Homes was nothing but a nightmare. One of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism is ridiculous. I would never recommend them to anyone and I know that our Realtor will do everything possible to ensure her community knows what type of transaction you will have should you choose to do business with them. They do not communicate with you through your loan process, they withhold very important information that is needed in order to complete the process all of which you as a borrower are entitled to. Their loan officers are not only horrible at communication they are not organized, they repeatedly asked for duplicate documents throughout the process and could not every answer our questions.

CONTRACTING VIP TO BUILD OUR HOME HAS TURNED OUT TO BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES To make a long story short stay away from the so called CEO. She is very unreasonable. About a month after we had signed and closed on the home that VIP had built for us we were contacted by on of their representatives stating that we now owed more money. We requested the name of some one who we could talk to about these charges and were given a name of a person to contact, before we had contacted her we received a threatening e-mail from her, saying that if we didn't pay the charges we would be taken to court. Further efforts from us to meet to discuss the charges just lead to more threats and additional charges being fabricated. We have since had to hire an lawyer to represent us and protect us from this company and their business practices which we have now found out are some what of standard practice for them
