CL rolled out phone verification is the worst possible deployment ever. CL is a dead organization. It's customer interface is deplorable. Horrible customer service. Customer Service is nonexistent. There's no explanation on how CL will use your phone information. There are no protections of the information offered. CL is a dying business because it doesn't value its customer base. I suggest everyone stop using CL altogether. They are not interested in listening to their customers. CL is Dead to me! I will never use CL to sell anything again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PLAN WOULD BE BETTER THAN A FICTITIOUS ONE. THERE APPEARSV TO BE NO HELP HERE.
