I WAS with Verizon since 1986 or 1987 when they were Airtouch. I sent them on their way with 1 wireless card and 2 phones on Mon Aug 26, 13. There is no accountability, no return phone calls, the tech who handles the tower 1.4 miles from our place will not do his job, the mgr in Reno, NV would not return an e-mail, or a phone call. Everything they said was wrong was with my equipment, but when I took it all to the company store...amazing...nothing was wrong with my equipment. No apology, no credit for the drive of almost 40 miles one way. The one thing they should learn..."if you don't take care of your customers, somebody else will!!! I have spent hours on the phone trying to get help and to find somebody who gives a shit...there isn't anyone...PERIOD We took all of our business to AT&T.

Obviously I have been dealing with an ongoing issue woth Verizon to the point of contact with the Irvine, California customer support department. For me to get to that point with no results is obviously an issue. I guess to Verizon that customer service is not a given especially because they dominate all phone carries. We all need to stop complaining and make another company bigger by leaving Verizon to the point they dont get a dime so they dont egen exist anymore. When a customer pays at least 8k a year on service and been loyal for 16 years you would think that you would at least be treated normal.

I have concerns over the privacy issue with Verizon...I am upset the government is in my private phone messages and calls....I would like to see Verizon Corp. come forward and explain to their customers, how and why this has happened....I think I might have to change company...Is it all phone companies or just Verizon? I will be a loyal customer and stand by any action you take on the federal government, if you stand up for me......Thank you for your concern...

Customer Service is the worst and as a company Verizon Exc's don't care and do not want to change. The are no accountable employees. No point of contact. If I wanted to create a worse staff I could not do it.

Verizon puts money above quality and service. They used to be rated at number one in customer service now worst. Products don't work correctly or at all.

We have had our antenna's down in our town and Verizon doesn't care to put them back up!! We have no service !! Going on 6 months. Nobody to call to get a contractor back here in Gowrie Ia. Terrrible!!
