The problem with the Waffle House that is in my area is the rudeness of the servers. They have the nerve to use their cells while a customer is trying to give them their order. The company claims to have cameras in the shops, so they can catch workers not doing the job correct. So why don't they STOP waitresses from using their cell phones while working.

I ATE AT WAFFLE HOUSE#131 TODAY. I INFORMED THE WAITRESS I DID NOT WANT POTATOES OR BREAD.I DESIRED ONLY SALAD AND RIBEYE. I WAS CHARGED$8.00FOR STEAK AND $2.90 FOR SALAD (MENU LISTS GARDEN SALAD FOR $2.80)BRINGING MY BILL TO $IO.90--- HIGHER THAN THE MENU PRICE FOR THE COMPLETE DINNER. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE?

I was just at the Waffle House in Greenwood, IN, at about 11: 10 pm when one of the waitresses went of on me screaming at me about the George Zimmerman trial. She was screaming so loud at me another waitress outside the building could hear her an the cook who was sitting at a booth was sitting there dumb founded. I have been going to that restaurant since it was built and many other restaurants and never was treated so disrespectful. The bottom line is GEORGE ZIMMERMAN WAS FOUND INNOCENT BY A JURY OF HIS PEERS.

The Waffle House in Rockingham North Carolina is a good place with happy and cheerful and playful staff.Love going in when these people work the twins and their mom (Brandy,Tara,and Sara).Also Shamrock,savanna,and Brabra.They are so great almost always happy and great serves.

I worked at the waffle House on 9th & Gregoery in Pensacola, FL with very! very! unprofessional management and employees. They talk to customers and other empoyees very rude, they bully and harasse others and when I told upper management about it they did nothing but go along with it. Upper Management discriminated in the worst way and Waffle House Corp. need to do something about it.

I ate at the new Waffle House in Winchester, Va. a few weeks back and must say the service was very good and the greeter was friendly. However, Waffle House needs to take a look at the menu. The waffles were awful. Nothing to them and their was no choice of syrups!! Eggo's taste better. Very disappointed. Hadn't eaten at a Waffle House in years and won't be back.

Why can't you substitute tomatoes for toast since tomatoes are 55 cents and an order of toast is $1.65? Many eating establishments are offering low carbs on their menue. Thanks

my husband and I have ALWAYS loved waffle house and still do. we frequent waffle house several times a week. the waffle house in mobile Alabama on highway 90 west north of I10 is our favorite. the staff is always friendly and gives great service. with one exception - the afternoon shift after 2;00 pm plays the juke box very high. I asked them to please turn it down and they said the remote control was in the office and it was locked up with no one there to unlock it. I consider this very poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WAS EMPLOYED BY WAFFLE HOUSE FOR 10YRS! QUIT IN 2004! HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GO BACK TO WAFFLE HOUSE! MY PHONE SERVEY I HAVE DONE 2TIMES FOR TWO DIFFERENT TIMES! SAYS I AM APPROVED TO WORK AT WAFFLE HOUSE!!!!! BUT THESE MANAGERS WILL NOT LET ME WORK!!!! GOT A CALL SUNDAY 11 2013 BY MR PHILP SERVIER ACTING DIST- MANGER TO FOR TRAINING! AND WENT TO TRAINING AND WAS TOLD THAT PHILP MADE A MISTAKE I WAS NOT NEEDED THANK YOU MARY CONLEY!!!!!! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS

I am an employee at south highland location in Jackson TN! I love my job and my customers but the management there sucks!!!! we just lost, (in my opinion)the best manager they had at this location!! She was making things better and as usual, at the Waffle House, if you have something that works they start messing with her till she walked out!!! I have never witnessed such poor management in a business like that here! Our district manager, Doug has his wife(a manager),his daughter and his son in law(a manager)all working under him! I don't feel that's right because he often times plays favorites with them!! Joe Rogers stated once that his employees were his best assets but if that were true his employees would get treated a lot better than we do!! We always complain but nothing ever gets done if they have a thief or troublemaker, they don't fire them in Jackson they just send them to another store and what does that solve? You really need to do a surprise investigation of these three stores and your managers! if nothing gets done that just tells me that none of you really care and you condone the things going on in the waffle house in Jackson Tn! Mr. Joe, they may be franchises but they still reflect on you and the Waffle House name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
