My review is on AOL's reporters. I'm a senior citizen and during my life I've read many news reports but I've got to say I've never read such garbage as I have lately from AOL's reporting on political issues, I don't know where they're getting they're journalists from but I put them in the same class as the Enquire Magazine, before you know it the next heading will read, "Trump invites Aliens to the White House". This has become so disgusting, some of these made up stories, that it's laughable. I've never seen such disrespect for our President as AOL has shown, what happened to being neutral on certain political subjects. Your Journalists have failed at reporting good honest news and they've failed the people and as far as I'm concerned your news is nothing but tabloid garbage trying to convince people of terrible made up lies about our President that you have no proof of and can't even back it up. AOL you need to stop what your doing or fire your corrupt reporters.

I find AOL Homepage to be biased against President Trump with ten of of ten items in your scroll to be negative while all democrat items were positive. Have you no shame or are you just blind? The only reason for the two star is I have an email address with AOL.

been on telephone with aol support/ in India..for over an hour and a half, this is after being disconnected three times. The rep was trying to sell me yearly tech help/support, when I was negotiating my remaining almost 90 days of Norton to get the reduction in price, I was forced to ask for a manager. This manager, Sahil, was so extremely demeaning to me as a woman. I explained to him that I am a professional executive-NYC-he only got louder with me. I have been to India....this is supposed to be an American company who should treat it's customers accordingly. What the heck? What a horrible experience, this late at night, after work! This company has just been on a downward spiral, what a shame.

Your Tech service stinks. It looks like that they are only interested to make money without helping and analyzing the problem... If you are lucky you may get a person that you can understand. The English pronunciation is no good. Waite time to speak to a person is to long, but they do not help. For them it is not their problem, it is the PC that has to be worked on and for $199.00 they can fix it. The company should be ashamed to have such a bad service department

CANNOT GET A LIVE PERON ON THE TELEPHONE TO DISCUSS MY PROBLEM.

I have been trying to get an error message saying "That mail is not currently available" correcting since May 18, 2013 my 1st call and 10 other calls since 5/18/2013. I've had to go through the same procedure each time with different alleged technical persons who allegedly have notes on all my calls. They have remotely controlled my computer numerous times. Each has tried several of the remedies they thought would cur my problem to no avail. I have used AOL for perhaps 15 years. I pay for Tech Guru Service and My Benefits both charged and paid by me monthly. This has turned into a cruel hoax. I am 84 years old and have used a pc since 1980. I'm at the point that It is about time I did research into whether I am being scammed or not. I have spoken to a different person from some where around this planet that has never been able to be of any help. Please do not suggest that I ever call 1-800-827-6364 for help again. I want to stop here before I get any firther upset about this matter. I have most likely wasted my time with this compliant. I would like to be present when you folks are sitting around and joking and laughing at the problems you are not correcting for your paying customers. Joseph Somario jsomario@aol.com 508 930 3697. I challenge someone with any courage to contact me and get my problem solved.
