Cinergy PSI Energy is a reputed contributor of energy resources and they even installed latest pollution control equipments. The company came into existence as a Public Service Company of Indiana in 1931. However, the merger with Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, along with a subsidiary of Union Light, Heat & Power in 1994 paved the way to formation of Cinergy. The company even initiated a Holiday Model Train Display that had duly attracted more than 9 million enthusiastic visitors since 1946. Their corporate headquarters s located in Plainfield. In 2006, Duke Energy acquired Cinergy and they even continue hosting the train display every year.
