I ordered a Take-Out at your location in Boca Raton,FL during the Pandemic so I do not like sitting in a restaurant watching people wearing masks. I ordered the Steak Diane and Crusted Salman,when I got home there was the smallest two pieces of meat where I know you are supposed to get at FOUR pieces of Steak. I did not have any SAUCE for the Diane and no mashed potatoes, this tiny combination that cost me over $25.00 plus a $5.00 tip. They (Corporate Headquarters) in Calabasas,CA alerted me that they were going send me a Gift Certificate for $30.00 that was in August of 2021 and now we are getting towards the end of September and still no compensation. I will not support this Cheese Cake Factory location ever again and I am from Southern Ca.

Please be advised that due to your business push to Congress for more foreign workers while laying off Americans, I will no longer be a customer of your business or product! And I have informed all my contacts to do the same. And hopefully they will contact all their friends. Greed is NOT good! I would not give a rating at all if I could get the message to you otherwise.

Felt taken advantage of today with the National Cheesecake Day...Was told that everyone got a complimentary slice of cheesecake...when the bill arrived we were charge l/2 price for each slice....Rip off and the management did nothing to rectify this issue of miscommunication...will NOT GO BACK!

I went to the Oakbrook, IL. cheesecake factory on June 30, 2013. I ordered the tex mex eggrolls as an appetizer for lunch. I bit into one and was chewing when I realized there was something very hard and awkwardly shaped in my mouth. I pulled it out and found a RUSTED SCREW!!!!! I was completely disgusted and appalled by the situation that just occurred. I have had a metal taste in the back of my throat, a swollen throat and pain inside of my mouth on the roof of my mouth from chewing a metal screw. I complained to the manager on duty and filled out a complaint form. The manager was extremely rude and told me that I "have to give the screw back to him because it was the property of cheesecake factory" when I said I want to keep it he told me I could not take it and then took it from my hand! I am so upset and angry with my treatment at this establishment. I also was told the complaint form was going to be faxed to the corporate office and I would be receiving a call from them the next day. NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME! I contacted the corporate office today explaining the whole situation and the lady said she would pass my information along to the correct person and I would definitely be hearing back from someone today. I HEARD FROM NOBODY! I have endured physical and emotional damage from all this and I am going to take legal action immediately. They think they can treat their customers in such a horrible way and this is completely unacceptable! I will not stand by lightly.
