We have instructed DHL to pick up some of our equipement in Congo on Monday 1st July on Urgent basis. AWB : 4857932612. We just find out (because we called otherwise DHL does not inform us) that the equipement is still i Pointe Noire and has not depart yet. Now DHL is telling me that the equipement will be here (best case) on Thursday. Consequenses: I have lost a sale with one of our best customer. I am losing trust from my customer. I will be losing more business in the futur becaus e of this.
