    Absolutly the worst shipping company on the planet.They lost 2 packages from the same company within 3 weeks and their customer service is pitiful.Ship with someone else this company sucks.

    I sent a package to the Philippines and on the 10th of September paying expedited shipping and the package has not been delivered as of the 22 of September. They threaten with a 245 peso a day storage charge. If I had to do this all over I will pick another delivery service. There is no customer service to help. Everybody says they will call back but my phone has been silent. Terrible!!!!!!!

    The driver just threw my package in the front yard we didnt find it until the next day and it was wet from the dew. It was a very expensive package

    Your delivery website tells me delivery date that 90% of the time is not kept. To me that is false statements. If you state a date you should live with it. Out for delivery NOT!!!! Check at 6pm on truck delivery not today but the following day. This is a common practice for deliveries to my home. Your company was once very good, now in my opinion is worse than USPS.

    I went to local fedex office to get a label printed that Walmart had emailed me to return a package . The package was left on my porch damaged and when I opened it there were things missing from the package . I was told at FedEx in Braselton Georgia that I needed to take the package to UPS even though you can plainly see on the label in my email that it shows Fedex . Then I was told they didn’t ship from that location and he didn’t know it showed that on their website . I asked where I needed to take the package again and was told again to take it to UPS . When I finally got the man to look at the label he give me a street address of the nearest fedex that could do what needed to be done , but not the city that it was in . I had to ask 4 times and finally just get rude myself before he finally called them to ask what city they were in . Very poor customer service . I’m sure UPS loves this man for sending them business .

    Upon calling fedex customer support with a question about a package I am expecting, I was met with a support specialist who not only did not know the answer to my question, but who was also very rude to me saying that the package is moved about in a way that is more convenient for fedex and not the customer. This is not a good way to keep customers in my opinion. And when I asked to speak to someone who did know the answer to my question, I was told to call the original company who actually sent my package to be delivered by fedex, and then promptly hung up on me. I am most unhappy with the way I was treated by fedex, and from this point on, I will no longer use fedex. I will use ups for all of my shipping needs.

    Company Headquarters is impossible to reach! Worst company service i have encountered. My three companies have been directed to stop using FedEx. Larry Cohen 248-705-1690
