Golden Corral is a family restaurant, which has locations in 40 states. It is known for serving lunch, dinner and breakfast and offers both cold and hot items along with a bakery and carving station to customers. The concept of this family restaurant had been incorporated in 1972 and its 1st house was established in Fayetteville, North Carolina on 3rd January, 1973. Currently, President cum CEO of this restaurant is Mr. Ted M. Fowler Jr. Many locations of this restaurant offer its customers with "To-Go" container allowing customers to pack the food and make the payment henceforth for it. Even there are restaurants offering reserved parking to its customers.

    credit card tripled charged. almost a week since I was promised it would be fixed. Almost 2 weeks since it happened. The store is in Houston on I10 east.

    We went for breakfast @ the Royal Palm Beach Florida location. Our waitress didn't address us until we were just starting to eat about what we wanted to drink, then we waited about 10mins before we got our drinks by that time we were almost done with our meal. The girl was @ the drink station talking to other co-workers not worried about her customers. I went to speak with the manager he didn't even say Im sorry or anything again BAD Customer service. he supposedly talked with her and even looked @ us or anything. We will NEVER go there again.

    I was in Golden Corral -COral Springs Sunday . FIrst of all this is my very first time going in this restaurant and only because of the commercial you have on TV about All you can eat Prime Rib for $12.99 Too good to be true and looks really good on TV. We stand on line for good 40 mins. and finally got seated, i went to the rest room to wash my hand. OMG the rest room is filty, I questions my self at that time, I wonder how clean the kitchen? I almost slip because water all over the bathroom floor, Paer towel all over the floor and the bathroom stinks. When you have that kind of volume of customer going in and out the restaurant , why not have someone keep up with the rest room. *** NOW, MY BIGGEST CONCERNS IS I LEFT THE RESTAURANT AROUND 8:45 PM BY MIDNIGHT I WOKE UP WITH STOMCAH CRAMP AND I STARTED TO VOMIT. THIS WENT ON TILL 6:AM, I WAS VOMITING AND DIAREA AT THE SAME TIME. I woke my husband and told him that I got very sick last night and still very sick today...DAY 2 of vomiting and diarea. I THINK i GOT FOOD POISONING!! I WOULD NEVER EAT IN THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.

    I WAS AT YOUR STORE IN DAYTON,OHIO ON MILLER LANE STORE #0957 ON 3/17/2013. I WAITED IN LINE FOR 45 MINS TO GET MY ORDER PLACED AND PAID FOR. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING THE REGISTER AND TWO PEOPLE WORKING THE DRINKS.ONE OF THE WORKERS DOING THE DRINKS TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO HELP THE YOUNG MAN OUT ON THE REGISTER TO GET ALL THE CUSTUMERS THROUGH AND THE LINES AT THAT TIME WERE ALMOST TO THE DOORS.ONE OF THE MANAGERS THAT WERE WORKING LAST NIGHT CAME UP TO THE GIRL HELPING OUT AT THE REGISTERS AND JUMPED HER FOR HELPING OUT INSTEAD OF THANKING HER FOR DOING SO OR JUMPING IN HIMSELF TO GET THE LINES MOVING FASTER.WHEN WE FINALY GOT OUR TABLE AND WENT UP TO THE SO CALLED HOT BUFFET THE FOOD WAS OVER COOKED ,TOUGH,DRIED OUT ,HAD NO FLAVOR, THE PRIMERIB ,SHRIMP,CHICKEN,AND MEATLOAF WERE COLD ,TOUGH THE MEATLOAF WAS DRIED OUT TOUGH HAD NO FLAVOR AND DID NOT HAVE ANY RED SAUCE ON THE TOP.THE CHIKEN WAS OVER COOKED,DRIED OUT.THE PRIMERIB WAS COLD AND HAD NP FLAVOR TO IT.THERE WAS NO BRUSSEL SPROUTS ON THE BUFFET AT ALL.THEY TOOK FOREVER TO RESTOCK THE BUFFET AND THE MANAGER NAMED BRENT IS THE ONE I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT . ALL HE DID WAS WALK AROUND AND I THINK THAT IS LOUSY SERVICE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I SPENT 51.40 ON 4 MEALS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD SERVICE LIKE THAT BEFORE IN ANY OF YOUR STORES.I WILL NOT COMEBACK TO ANY OF YOUR STORES EVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I NO ABOUT THE SERVICE I GOT AT THIS STORE SO YOU MAY LOOSE MORE BUSINESS WHEN WE LEFT THE LINES WERE ALMOST OUT THE DOORS AT THAT TIME.I HAVE BEEN ON SEVERAL OF YOUR WEB PAGES TRYING TO GET THIS IN MOTION AND THEY KEEP WIPING OUT THAT MAKES ME EVEN ANGRYER SO I HOPE THIS ONE WORKS.
