HACAP is an acronym of Hawkeye Area Community Action Program, Inc dealing with varieties of collaborates and anti-poverty programs along with community partners for serving families as well as individuals. It started offering services in the year 1965 after execution of Economic Opportunity Act in 1964. The main aim of HACAP is to assist people enhance their skills for building strong and successful communities.
