I purchased a ticket and was given a travel bank because I was forced to cancel the flight due to a family emergency . The remaining credit that was given to me 237 was taken from me once again but this time be use of the hurricane in New York and New Jersey . Now my 537 dollars is gone with your company . I know now to never fly with JetBlue is this is how I am treated ! Jody a manager with your company was rude and very unprofessional ,I would hope you would hire a manager that knows customers are always right ! I work in customer service and #1 rule customer always right even when they clearly are not ! Even your company didn't follow this policy you should never raise your voice at a customer ,shame on Jody being a manager at JetBlue and not knowing this. She was rude and disrespectful and I will admit I called your company an asshole anyone would If they lost 532 dollars to a company that did not provide a service for me. Guess I lost this money and will never see but I can be heard and I just pray that I an able to see my dieing mother in New York City . Your company may be the reason why I may not be able to say bye to my ill mother . I am very disappointed with JetBlue . I only flied with JetBlue I guess no longer .
