    I went to joes for dinner which I go often, this time I went to the Clifton location where I was truly lost for words. The cooks are in the back eating off your plates and talking about drugs and other things that aren't work related. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

    I visited the Harlem NY location for the 2nd time since the opening however this visit was SUPERB!! Our waiter Kwa was extremely patient and her personality was extraordinary. Kwa was very knowledgeable about "Joes Crab Shack's" history and well spoken. it was a pleasure to be served by this intelligent and well rounded young lady!!

    .... Yestarday i been robe in the san diego loc... i left an costly item in table ... later i call to let them kown and rud manager said no.... you did not left nothing here.../ i'm 150 % shure i left that mini red box speaker on the table ../ THERE WAS ONLY US IN THE RESTAURANT ... NO CLIENT NEXT TO US AT ALL.// THERE WWRW MORE CUSTOMER OUT SIDE ON TERRACE.... NEXT TO US ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ... BUT THE ATENDANT VANESA .... VERY DISSAPOINTED AND NOT COMING BACK EVER .... MR. JORGE A PARTIDA . OWNER AT CANDELAS ON THE BAY RESTAURANT.

    We drive 1 1/2 hrs to joes crab shack in Jacksonville fl for my husband's birthday, been seeing the lobster pot with the corona beer poured at table side for a couple months on t.v. What a complete joke first time lobster was Cold, 2 potatoes a 1 piece of corn that tasted like field corn. Had to ask for plates, sliverware, melted butter and crackers for the lobster. Sent the lobster back since it felt like it just came out of the freezer, the next one had no claws, after the third time (are you kidding us) told manager we were leaving. Worse service we have ever had. We Will Never Go Back.

    My daughter and I, along with my son, went to the joe's at the "Quarry" in San Antonio, TX. The date was 7/28 and the time was approximately 6:30pm. It was not busy, and we were seated immediately. Our server arrived throwing a paper towel with her name on it onto the table and asked what we wanted to drink. We hadn't had a chance to look at the menu so we got 2 H2O's and a soda. Shortly afterward she returned and asked what we wanted to order! We barely opened the menu. A few minutes later she came and asked if we decided. We ordered an appetizer to keep her busy while we read the menu. Two "Maine Grilles" and a large fish platter were ordered, and we sat and sat and sat. A good 45 minutes later our meals arrived. The platter was great. The 2 "Maine Grilles" we're stone cold and the "bacon" wrapping on the cold scallops and shrimp was uncooked. My daughter and I sat there wondering what to do. (p.s. there was no seasonal vegetable as indicated on the menu.) no server. A person of responsibility-no badge- showed up with our server. And asked if everything was alright...peculiarly suspicious. I turned around and offered that the meal was atrocious... Cold, uncooked bacon, over cooked lobster. I had a feeling she knew something was wrong when she asked. Still no vegetable. The unknown person of "authority" offered to replace the meals. We were concerned about the time , but she said we would be. Given preference. We ok'd it. We waited and waited while other tables of lobster dinners were being delivered around us. We should have walked out. Dinner finally arrived. Nothing special. I make better at home which is 1600 miles away. Yup, I'm on vacation with my daughter who is stationed here as part of her her medical training. This was supposed to be a treat. Far from it. Our server brought the bill, but no apologies, no comps! There'll be NO positive word of mouth from any of us. You are getting a taste of it now. Poor service, poor kitchen, poor turn around from the kitchen. Really, you think this is a noteworthy location...I don't think. Myrtle Beach at Broadway at the beach is so way above anything you offered us here at the "quarry". Sincerely disappointed.

    Ive been going there for years and last night experience was so bad i will never eat there again. from the waiter to the cook to the manager he said she was sorry for the wait and she will take off the bill and takes a dollor off for sitting an hour in a half to eat cold rubbery food..unbelievably disapointed and upset with the whole experience.what happen to such a nice place. we had to go eat at a fast food place for a salald cause of what time it was and there food was ten times better.now i see why they all eat at high tide harrys.someone needs to go in there and clean house and get Joes crab shack back the way it use to be..arrival time was 7 we left 8:30 starving..just completly unproffesional and upsetting,Im sorry..joes on semoran right by hide tide harrys we regreted not going there and waisting are time with all the money i have spent into that place with buisness partners..

    New Joes in Deptford, NJ has the worst crabs ever!!!!!! Whoever is cooking or preparing the crabs needs a new hobby because this one isn't it!!!!

    The Management at the Deptford NJ Joe's should monitor their employees more carefully. I saw a kitchen staff worker name Lewis being rude to a customer and a worker. I was appaud!! I thought when you work for the public the workers are suppose to go the extra mile with customers. This man has theee worst attitude ever!!! I don't think he needs to be working in a public place with his attitude and nasty diposition.

    I visited the new Joe's in Deptford, NJ and whoever prepares or preps the crabs is horrible!!!!n They tasted awful!!! They need to hire better preparers and or prep people.

    OMG!!!!!! The kitchen staff at the new Joe's in Deptford NJ is the absolute worst!!! I will never,ever go back again!!
