I moved so I have been going to the greenriver rd location in Evansville and every single time they never have what I order so I have to substitute to get a meal, this time I got a 16 pc meal,i wanted 4 breast extra crispy, the rest original,i had to get 8 pc. original and the rest extra ,extra crispy like they dropped it twice just to make the original crispy and its awful!! you couldn't break it with a hammer,so I called and told them about the awful food they wanted my family to eat so he says bring it back in and he will give different chicken,my first question was, from exp. is there any chicken prepared, his reply was 20 mins. so after a hard day at work I think its sad that my family has to wait an hour and a half past dinner to eat when we live a block away and they didn't get it right the first or any time I have been there smh I could have cooked it and they could have eaten by now.....don't think I will ever go out for chicken again thanks kfc!!

i WENT TO THE LOCATION AT 407 IN LEWISVILLE/FLOWER MOUND LOCATION LAST NIGHT. I ORDERED THE SPECIAL 7 OF THEM. THE CHICKEN FRIED STEAK MEAL. WELL FIRST OF ALL THEY WERE ALL OVER COOKED LIKE A PIECE OF CARDBOARD. I COULD HAVE WENT OUT SIDE AND PLAYED FRISBY WITH THEM. 2ND, THE BISCUITS TASTED LIKE THEY WERE DIPED IN SOAP NOT BUTTER. WHEN I DID TAKE THEM BACK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, HE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO. I JUST ASK FOR MORE MEALS BUT THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I GO THERE. THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD. AND THE PLACE WAS SO DIRTY.

I went to the KFC in Orlando Fl, right by red bug it was attached too a long john silvers. I have never been so grossed out in my life no one in that restaurant were wearing gloves while they where cooking. I looked straight at people dipping there bare hands in the shrimp batter with the shrimp. Taking the biscuits out with there hands. Touching the chicken with their bare hands. I have never in my life seen any fast food restaurant touch food with bare hands. I even saw the cashier handle money and food with out washing her hands. I didn't even see glove boxes lying around. NO RESTAURANT SHOULD LET PEOPLE ACTUALLY TOUCH THERE FOOD. GERMS, OPEN CUTS; LEADING TO OTHER ILLNESSES BY THE CONSUMERS SUCH AS AIDS, HEPATITIS. NOT TO MENTION CROSS CONTAMINATION AND ALLERGIES TO SOME ITEMS. WHICH IS BAD CAUSE THEY ALSO HAD FISH AND SHRIMP BECAUSE OF THE LONG JOHN SILVERS ATTACHED. WIPING SWEAT TOUCHING FOOD, OR SCRATCHING YOURSELF AND THEN CONTINUING WORK ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!I AM APPALLED AND NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD EVER SEE THIS IN ANY KITCHEN...LET ALONE KFC. I WILL NEVER GO TO KFC AGAIN, UNLESS I SEE THEM USING GLOVES. I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT THIS. IF THEY WONDER WHY THEY RANDOMLY GET SICK, THINK ABOUT WHERE YOU HAVE EATEN. If anyone else agrees I believe you should comment this and get heard cause that is a health threat to us, our families and all the people who go there. Sincerely and Disgusted ~Angelique Figueras

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has a new commercial promoting their hot bites chicken. The female takes a bite from a spicy piece of chicken and immediately slaps the man in the face. He then grimaces in pain from her striking him. She then grabs another piece of chicken and leaves the room. People especially men, shouldn't we be offended and concerned by this? If we reverse the roles, and the man slapped the woman and she grabs her face in pain, this commercial would not have made it on the air. Why, because that is not considered funny. That would be considered the promotion of domestic violence. THAT IS A FACT!. If the man even slapped a dog and the dog whimpered in pain, the commercial would have never made it on the air. Why, because that is not considered funny. That would be considered animal cruelty. THAT IS ALSO A FACT! So it's ok for a man to get slapped, but its not ok for him to slap a woman or even an animal? Why, because it has become socially acceptable to slap a man. So in addition to promoting their new hot bites, KFC is also promoting domestic violence against men. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Visited store K032023 at 5:47, June 6th. Ordered: 1 pot pie, l lg slaw, and ordered 3 piece tenders. I was asked what side order and type of drink I would like. I responded I just wanted the 3 strips ($3.79). The counter person, who showed no name tag, restated what side and type of drink I would like. She simply refused to sell me the 3 strips although it appeared on your sales board. I gave up with her refusal to take my order as I requested. This unit is about 2 miles from my house. If there was another KFC closer, I would go there. Also, about 2 wks ago they were out of pot pies because someone forgot to put them in the oven. BAD SERVICE. BAD ATTITUDE. Jimplaier@att.net.

I have seen several new TV advertisements about the new boneless Chicken, but all I have seen seem to feature African American persons with southern accents. I find this reminding me of 1950's stereotyping. Don't you think it would be better to have some white, Oriental and Hispanic persons in some of these spots also? I am an American born white woman, aged 72, and your ads cause me to wonder about the perceptions of society. Have we made no progress? Can people not be seen without the bias of race, speech, or prejudices? ALL should be represented Equally.

Just got the boneless chicken meal at the KFC in Oak Forest, IL. My husband had eaten 2 pieces before I started eating. When I opened the breast it was all brown and yucky inside and when squeezed blood came out. I was upset so I grabbed the chicken and took it back. They weren't that upset that the chicken was bad, wanted to replace it, who would want more of that chicken. Gave me a refund for the pieces I brought back. The least they could of done was refunded for the meal, since who could enjoy it after rotten chicken. Had I thought I would of grabbed everything and took it back. Will not be ever going back to the place. Also while I was there, one of the ladies at the counter hit the buckets on the lower shelf to the floor and just picked them up and put them up to use. Yuck!!!!! If you want a picture of the chicken let me know and I will send to you. My email is dixie6975@sbcglobal.net
