Le Peep Restaurant was first formed in the state of Colorado about 45 years back. Since then it has spread long over the course of time and throughout the nation. They spread through different models including franchise system as well as licensed operating units. Their growth story is based up on their belief that no matter what you serve to the customer, it must be fresh and nothing else. The current presidency is headed by Kevin Wessel while he is assisted by Kate Wessel as Vice President, John S. Wood as Vice President of Operations and Amanda Rhoads as Vice President of Licensing and Human Resources.
