As of this day September 04, 2013 I still have not received any word on my purchase of a Harmony EC360 Brown Prime that was sold to me on August 03, 2013 at the Ohio State Fair in Columbus Ohio. The Sales Associate name is Samuel Swiskoski. At the time of the order, I was informed that it was to go to the corp. Office for approval along with my payment of $1,730.92 which was honor by American Express. The SKU# is V000030670. It is now one month later, and no mention of my chair.

went in to Mattress firm in Midwest city Oklahoma, salesman applied for credit for a mattress I decided to turn down the mattress the payment would have been more than my house payment a month, this was 2017 and now here in 2020 I am being sued for a mattress cover for 500 that I not only did not get but did not ask for either, every phone number they give me to take care of the problem does not take phone calls you need to do online only there is on tab for it. oh my gosh just stay away from Mattress Firm, I am going to have to call the BBB.

the sales people will sell you anything at any cost to you, 100 guarantee is absolute BS.I spent 2400 on a frame for a adjustable and was unable to return that, out all that money.

i have a mattress bought there 13 months ago after 8 months of owning this it lost its support and now has a hole in middle of mattress and box springs well lets say I have a 20 yr old bed that's in better shape . when I bougt this at a grand opening in Lufkin tx I was told it did not matter what kind of bed frame you owned as long as you had the proper box spring to support mattress .well I have been tryin to get something done for 5 months now and this person sends me to that one and so on and so on I cant believe when you have a warranty on something how it does no good I mean they are tryin their best to weezle out of replacing it they are playin a game where they think if they keep ignoring me or pretending to not known it will go away but problem is not goin anywhere until these cowards own up and say no or yea .and for 5 mnths of dealin with this ive got nowhere im at the point to where I want to say hell with and dump it in their parking lot cause im not sure if I want to buy another from them or not if im having this kind of problem what will the next one be like .and im appauld the owner of this store has known for mnths and aint even tried to make it right.
