worst experience ever today I went into a neiman Marcus location for the first time ever. I saw a pair of prada shoes that I have been looking at online for some time, decided to go in and get them today found them in my size but the sales associate refused to sell them to me because I would not give him my address to be input into the system even after showing him my ID to match my credit card he still refused to swipe my credit card for the purchase and told me that I would not be able to make a purchase without putting my information in there system needless to say I left the store never had to force money on a sales associate before worst customer service experience ever Neiman Marcus was represented horribly.

I am writing this comment to thank Mitty at the Houston Galleria store fragrance dept. for many years of great customer service. I have ordered by phone several times and the orders are always correct. Her phone skills are top rated. I called the Houston Galleria store recently, spoke to three ladies that did not take the time to help me. I called back the fourth time and Richard Lee took the time to help me, displaying excellent customer service. I will call to make sure he is in the store on my next visit. Warm Regards Helena Spain
