I bought a brand new 2013 pro 4 4x4 and it has so many defects and paint issues all nissan wants to do is paint this truck, nissan of Murfreesboro is willing to trade me out of it and me lose 2 to three thousand dallors after I've bought a brand new 370 Z , and this truck and a brand new cube, this is how I get treated as a customer needless to say I've been talked to like crap as if all these defects are caused from me. I would not EVER buy nissan vehicles again. This brand new truck has been in service more then I've owned it due to check engine light coming on four times, window motor went bad all before 500 miles, this truck is a lemon. Period....

I bought a brand new 2013 nissan frontier truck it has so many defects on it I'm very unhappy with it, after 600 miles check engine light came on took it to nissan of Murfreesboro they replaced it and now it back on for the fourth time, my truck has bin in service more then I've had it.i have been treated like crap because I've complained about the defects. The paint on cab is coming off and it is missing sealer on cab, there's no paint on it and all they want to do is paint my brand new truck, I traded a truck in cause it had paint work done on it due to dealership damaging it while replacing window motor,if I wanted a truck with paint work I would have kept my 2008 it sure looked better then this brand new one. All the dealership tells me it's because it was manufactured in Miss. And not Smyrna that shouldn't matter what happened to the quality and customer satifaction guaranteed. Very unhappy with is truck .

I was thinking after last Thursday that I wanted to share with Nissan. I wanted to express my gratefulness to all of your vehicles. I currently own 3 Nissan vehicles. I have found the Nissan cars to be very durable and everlasting. I currently have 1. 1991 Nissan 240SX 5speed with 234,796 miles on it. I have all my work done by the Nissan dealership. I have traveled from Alabama to Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, Maryland, Washington, DC, Delaware, South Carolina and Virginia. I currently live in Virginia. This car is called my baby!! The first one that I've ever purchased myself. 2. 2006 Nissan Armada SE and it has 71,413 miles on it all well. They're always sending me info to buy it back, NO WAY! It's great on gas and very spacious. and lastly I have a 2012 Altima 2.5S. This car tops the other ones on the hwy. I use this one mainly on the hwy for work. It has 40,498 miles currently. I take proud in all of my vehicles and brag as well. I love Nissan cars. My next car will be a Nissan as well and maybe another sports car or Maxima. I just wanted to share my great experiences. Nissan is the way to go. I will be writing another letter as well as a phone call.

i leased a 2012 sentra from nissan of garden city ny sept. 12 . i noticed i was getting between 9 and 14 mpg. i went back to dealer and they had me go to nissan of north america which was a joke.i went thru 7 people, they gave me mario of consumer affairs. this was another joke. i told him my problem and it took 4 weeks to be able to talk to him again.he had me take it togarden'. city to be checked. they kept it a whole day and said nothing was wrong with car. i sent all my papers tp consumere affairs of long island.the commissioner sent them to the attorney general. i also sent them to bbb and epa and they put them on file. all i want back is my money and return the car.. i leased a 06 and 09 altima,060nissan had to put in a new motor. i got better mpg on the 09 altima. i leased a smaller car to save on gas because i am retired.i know a couple of peoplewho have rogues who are getting 23 to 26 mpg. my next call will be to 7 on your side.
