The Original Pancake House was incorporated in the year 1953. The founders were Les Highest and Erma Hueneke. It is actually a second and third generation family business. They are spread from one coast to other with more than a hundred franchises to the count. They have their signature dishes in the form of the Dutch Baby and the Apple Pancake.
