The Pizza hut located on Hall Street in Seagoville Tx has to be the worst run restaurant I have ever visited if your order is correct that's a miracle I have learned to deal with that but when you order and arrive on time and they say it will be ten minutes before your order is ready and you end up waiting an extra hour to get the wrong pizza then when you decide to get your money back instead of waiting for them to correct your order and it takes another 45 minutes because the shift manager cant do a refund without calling the store manager and getting it approved it gets really aggravating Not to mention that the store was a complete mess and the kitchen that you could see was horrific looking pizzas stacked on the oven not being boxed baskets of wings that had be cold jus sitting there and most of the employees had face covering but they where around their necks not covering their faces again horrific experience in the case of this restaurant there should be negative stars if that where the case I would give them [-10] needs new Management

the pizza was great, I would love to see the employees wear hair nets.
