It's a shame that the only person working at the Medallion Center in Dallas likes to change the signed tickets after the customer leaves. I signed a ticket for $17.00. When I got home, I checked my bank account and discovered your employee had added $3.40 to my haircut after I left. You lost a customer. Check Facebook later today to read this story again.rCmR24

I have always gone to Supercuts for many years, however, today, July 5, 2013, I was very surprised. I have filled a card and was anxious to receive my "free" haircut. I was told that the corporate headquarters will not allow the use of cards anymore as of June 30, 2013. My "free" haircut card was stamped on a date prior to the June 30th deadline. I really feel that this card should have been honored as it was stamped 12 times before June 30th, 2013.

I received the worst service of all time of any public place at the Supercuts in West Valley Utah. AWFUL. I can not stress how flabbergasted I am at employees would actually give such awful service. There were 3 stylists and 2 hair cuts ahead of me but yet we waited for an hour and 10 minutes. The stylists would frequently leave their stations while they were cutting hair to gossip with one another. I heard lots of bad mouthing the manager and all about having to get trained on a new computer system. I know the schedule of two of the stylists and the full name and birth date of one of the stylists because she made a call at the front desk in front of all the clients. I will never go back to any Supercuts again and you better believe I will spread the word to anyone who will listen about the service that was completely horrid. On top of the service the haircut my son received was the worst and I even took pictures right after to show how uneven it was.
