The Sherwin-Williams Company is related to the industry of building materials. They are engaged in sales, distribution and manufacturing of coatings, paints and various other products related to commercial, retail, industrial and professional customers. Edward Williams and Henry Sherwin established the company during 1856, at the region of Cleveland in Ohio. At the initial days of establishment, they used to operate in four segments - 'Latin America Coatings Group', 'Paint Stores Group', 'Global Finishes Group', and 'Consumer Group'. However, the segment for dealing with the paint stores became operational in 1866. There are 3,954 operational paint stores under their network.
