The company was essentially marked as a pioneer in renting of furniture.     So I rented from Aarons in 2005, closed my account in 2007. No issues, case closed. In January 2013 I receive my credit report and a SALES ASSOCIATE apparently was using my personal information to rent things for herself and never paid on them, so it was all charged off, my credit score was DESTROYED. I can't even get a library card if I tried and I had PRISTINE credit. Its now June 2013 and I'm still fighting to have these things removed, the corporate office is giving me the two step and I never receive calls after leaving messages.

    I recently leased a sofa and love seat from the Lancaster store in salem Oregon. This is the first time I have used Aarons and it will be the last. The set I purchased was a used set for the price of $721.00. I was told that all spring and frame damage was covered by Aarons. At that time before I signed my name to a lease aggrement both the manager Bill and I went to inspect the set in question. There was no damage to the set except a white stain. I had no problem With the stain. When the set was delivered the springs on the back of the loveseat was broken. So the delivery guys called bill the manager. Bill instructed the delivery guys to leave the set. That it was my problem now. I explained to bill that he personally told me that frame and spring damage was covered by Aarons, and he needed to fix the problem. He then me that they don't deliver to my area and I should be lucky they were even delivered and it was not there responsibility to fix the springs. they eventually took the love seat back to be repaired its been 2 weeks, and still have not recevied my love seat. don't do business with Aarons you will wish you did not this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

    apparently arrons doesnt drug test there employees they have a covicted fellon whos violating his prbation for drugs working at there bollingbrook illinois store ariesto moreles have to wonder who else they let in your home.

    The aarons store in Lumberton is full of rude people and I for myself as,soon as im done paying fir this over priced TV I will not be returning

    It was an easy process to apply BUT must I say the Customer Service is HORRIBLE in Springfield, MA! I don't care what any circumstance is, good or bad, No one deserves to be treated unprofessional! Might want to look in to that, lots of customers never come back...

    I have been a loyal customer of aaron's for years. Now they change their personnel and the treat you with little respect here in Orlando,Florida south semran store. I made a monthly payment instead of the regular semi-monthly payment on line.Now they say I had have to pay an extra amount, because I didn't notify them by phone.Where in the lease does it say that I have to notify the office for this kind of payment.Therefore if you pay monthly than youring paying the same amount if pay semi-monthly.I sorry but I would not buy again at Aarons.

    Me and my wife been at the ofallon mo store when it opened up and purchased at 82 inch Tv nothing but problems Joe the manager promise to make it wright he did not only a few payments left when we have it paid off We have bought other things to spent lots of money at this store no more will not be back every one out there do not use this company use national rent to own lots of better service

    i want to know why your store in sallisaw ok will not honor the flier that was sent in the mail,no payments until may on new accounts opened in april,i was asked for the first payment before they would even do the lease,that sounds like false advertisement to me,maybe i need to talk to an attorney about this situation

    My then Fiancee now husband and I used Aaron's over 3 yrs ago to purchase our TV which I had in my maiden name and never was late , paid off the rental agreement on time every month. I went to one of your stores here locally to purchase a washer and dryer set and now that my husband and I are married they would not lease to us because of something he and his ex wife had through Aaron's that was returned after they filed a bankruptcy over 9 yrs ago. But Aaron's had put him on a list to were he can not use them again , I was very upset for the fact that he and I purchased our TV and paid it off and now we nor I can use Aaron's because of hard times he had in the past. Isn't that what Aaron's strives to show in there advertising that no matter what your credit was or is you won't be turned away. We ended up going to Conn's and getting financed for a washer and dryer set with no problem. I just can't believe a loyal customer such as us was treated this way and I will never refer any one I know to Aaron's. And I hope this goes all the way to the corporate office! They need to fix this!
