I just recently found out the the Laptop that my mother has and paid off now was recalled sometime ago due to the Mother Board has a recall. Apparently, Aarons did not notify my mother about this issue. I called Dell due to an issue with the laptop, they notified me that the laptop has been recalled. Aarons failed to notify my mom. So its been a hassle trying to get this resolved. Dell is helping e out on the issue.. But, as I called the store that my mom got her laptop, which is in Waianae Hawaii. I had asked for the manager to see what was the policy of a recalled item that they failed to let the custom-er know about, The sales rep. Chantel R., stated that she was busy... Me being upset about this issue that she could not answer my questions about the policy, the worker (Chantel R.) told me that the Manager of the store is busy then hung up on me. I then called back, blocking my number of course, I asked for the regional managers number (Blane). after a few attempts. I got a hold of someone that transferred me to 2 different people until I got a hold of Blane. Well I think it was him. you know how it is when a company knows they are wrong they have someone else act as if it was them. I had explained my situation regarding finding out the policy about a recalled item and also about the sales person at the Waianae Store (Chantel R.) he said he would contact me in 30 minutes. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited an hour. I called them back due to I had no call back from Blane and stated that I called the legal office for Aarons in GA, for answers. If no response from them is made. Good thing I have Legal Shield I will have my Lawyer contact them.

Aarons in Hendersonville NC is full of liars, uncaring and rude people. I advise anyone NOT to even go in there because they make all these promises then never fulfill what they say. I won't lease from them again.

I live in Tampa, FL and I would never do business with AARON"S which was my first and last. Manager's are rude and disrespectful. They don't notate customers when they call with a problem or a situation. They harass you with threats that there going to call the law. Yelling out my name at the door while knocking and laughing saying that there finally going to take this to court and that there going call the cops. Knock on my neighbors doors. Calling my references. I find them highly embarrassing and unprofessional. Instead of making a customer happy they want to take the merchandises to resale. They lied and said to return merchandises and we would reinstate merchandises that I can finish paying them off. But instead I get let in the male stating my case is at default. I would never and would not recommend anyone and will advise people not to go to AARON"S especially in TOWN-N- COUNTRY.

I have purchased quit a few items from Aaron's in Cape Coral Florida but this time I purchased a Mitsubishi 60 in. Tv, we purchased an extended warranty after ours ran out, well they failed to tell us it didn't cover the bulb if it went out. The lady in the cape that called herself a manager was nice and said you have bought enough from us that they would replace it at no cost do we said ok. They came out to change it and now all it does is shut itself off and flashes yellow. I looked and it says the bulb door is not closed properly. We called the store and now they won't even talk to us. Cslled Corporate and they said someone would definitely be in touch, that was THREE WEEKS AGO, All we wanted was for them to get us s recommended repairman even if we had to pay for it ourselves. Never Again will I use Aaron's it's a shame when corporate has to lie to their consumers !

I initially visited the store on Cicero ave in Chicago back in March of this year and began the application process. The rep Roz called my references and employer and was very rude to say the least. I opted not ot start the contract then as was considering relocating to TX. I stayed in Chicago and returned to the store and started the lease..fastforward the item was received damaged, and I sought help through the service agreement and the problem has not and seemingly cannot be resolved BUT the store tells me they can't change out the merchandise despite the damages happening while the product wasin their possession. Lets just say i cut my losses quickly and ended the contract less than 4months in. NEVER again

My wife and I were purchasing a front loader washer and dryer from Aarons in Uniontown Pa. In the middle of our contract we relocated to San Antonio Tx. we were informed by the Uniontown store that the money we paid could be credited to an account at a store in San Antonio so we would not miss a beat. Well they LIED. The store in Uniontown gets to keep the money we paid in (approximately 1000.00. plus they keep the appliances. The stores in San Antonio have told us that each store is either franchised or corporate, therefore no accounts can be transferred. I would highly suggest to anyone not to use Aarons at all. They are not reputable and they will lie in order to make a sale.
